Introduction
ENGEL AUSTRIA GmbH declares its unreserved commitment to the principles of data protection in the European Union and thus maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data will therefore only be collected, processed and transmitted if there is an appropriate legal basis (Article 6 GDPR). In doing so, strict attention is paid to compliance with the data processing principles (Article 5 GDPR).
The following information forms the basis for the effective exercise of the rights granted by GDPR.

2. Purposes of processing and legal basis
ENGEL AUSTRIA GmbH processes personal data for the purpose of
• Registration for ENGEL live Experience
• Usage of services provided at and within ENGEL live Experience
• Evaluation of ENGEL live Experience
Personal data are exclusively obtained and processed on the basis of the consent of the data subject.

3. Recipients within the European Union
As far as required by the purposes of processing, personal data are transferred to WENGER.ONE GmbH, Keferloher Straße 27, 85540 Haar, Germany.

4. Transfer to third countries
Personal data will not be transferred to recipients outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (Third Countries).

5. Storage period
In accordance with the principle of storage limitation, ENGEL AUSTRIA GmbH stores personal data for the duration of statutory retention and storage periods. Due to the relevant provisions in principle a storage period of seven years running from the respective contract performance or rather the end of the business relationship applies.
Beyond the statutory retention periods, personal data will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the fulfilment of the respective processing purpose or – in particular pursuant to Article 17 GDPR – for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.

6. Data subject rights
In order to protect their interests, data subjects are entitled to

- the right to data portability
- the right to be informed of the correction/deletion if possible, and
- the right of individual review of fully
automated decisions

7. Right to withdraw consent
Data subjects have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawl.

8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If a data subject considers the processing of personal data relating to him or her as infringement of the provisions of the GDRP, he or she the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42 , A-1030 Vienna, Austria and any other national supervisory authority of a Member State of the European Union.

9. Necessity of data provision
The provision of personal data is required for the registration for and the usage of services provided at and within ENGEL live Experience.
Non-provision of personal data prevents registration to and the usage of services provided at and within the ENGEL live Experience.
